  • BALI TRIP - 17APR 07 DAY

  • Saphir Mabisa Inn

We spent our first night in Saphir Mabisa Inn, the rate per night is USD 24.00, HTTP://DIRECTROOMS.COM/INDONESIA/HOTELS/SAPHIR-MABISA-INN-BALI-2288.HTM. Bcoz it is located too far from town, we check out the next morning.

The trio enjoyed their buffet breakfast.

No comments on the hotel, but they have pretty flowers.

  • TRADITIONAL DANCE PERFORMANCE- BARONG DANCE

First destination, we went to the traditional Barong dance, wow....to enter we have to pay an arm for it. But after the show we find it worthy. Bali is place fill with different culturaland traditions. the performance is based on the old hindu epics of the Ramayana & the mahabarata;

THE BARONG CAN OPEN A MOUNT AND SAY TIPS TIPS ...

  • NUSA DUA BEACH

This is the place where we bargain till our teeth bleed, after a long and "airy", "GUP STER", negotiation we signed up three activities, 1) Turtle island 2) Glass bottom boat ride and 3) Snorkeling, at a reasonable price of USD15.oo per person.

  • PURA ULU WATU
PURA ULU WATU is located in south of Bali. It's one of the most beautiful temple in Bali (in my opinion :)- ). Pura Ulu Watu built at the edge of a cliff, Ulu watu is a good place to see sunset of Indian Ocean.
We have to rent a yellow sash and purple sarung before stepping into the area of the temple. It cost only Rp 3000 for the entrance fee. The sack must be tied to ours waist to show our respect to their religion (dont wear too sexy to any temple) .
Ulu Watu is surrounded by thousands of naughty monkeies. They snatch people's things like glasses, necklaces, and hats, for a living. The monkey overthere is very good in business they know what is "system barter" they will return back your thing while the local people exchange foods to them. Of course the victim must pay to the local people. The image Baliness gave me was everything is "S+11".

me with the sack and sarung

the sack and sarung make us looks like lau yi

taking photo from outside tourists are not allowded to enter

it looks like in china

WOW, people say this is the temple to HAVEN, but i say if you jump off the cliff, and if you fly you go "Haven" and if you go down you go to "Hell". Right???

i like this part of ulu watu

see monkey wears glasses!!!! WOW unbelievable.

WARUNG IN ULUWATU

  • JIMBARAN-GRILLED SEAFFOD RESTAURANT

Jimbaran is a superb area to dine out. There is a stretch of restaurants along the coast line, that serve fresh seafood. But you will have to choose them yourself and you food will be BBQ for you.

We expected to dine with sunset, but the weather was no good, too cloudy, no sunset for us, bad luck. Though we see no sunset, we get to see live performance and sea breeze as second price.

A romantic place for candle light dinner, but with my two friends

GRILLED SEAFOOD!! VERY DELICIOUS

  • HARD ROCK CAFE IN BALI
